Carmen del Azahar takes its name from the tree that presides over its courtyard: a lemon tree grafted by a former owner, a true craftsman of nature who made it possible for lemons, grapefruit, sweet and bitter oranges to grow from the same tree.
The orange blossom flowers and their aroma together with the colourful fruit and the light filtered by the branches of two old vines that provide coolness and shade on hot days turn the courtyard into an oasis for the senses.
